Today is the last day of the election campaigning in the UK. The prime ministerial candidates are campaigning to get the vote of undecided voters. The famous television
debates with Brown, Cameron and Clegg and their agreements and disagreements on how they will run the country.
Everyday on the sky news, you have a forecast poll which predicts a hung parliament. There is an interesting article on BBC "Hung Parliament - What Happens next ?" but what it means to a common man in tesco terms. Does it mean a good offer, "Buy one, get one free" ? To make the matter simple, lets look at their CVs.
Nicholas William Peter "Nick" Clegg (born 7 January 1967) is a British politician and, since 18 December 2007, leader of the Liberal Democrats.
Clegg's first major elected position was as a MEP for the East Midlands from 1999 to 2004. He was elected Member of Parliament for Sheffield Hallam in the 2005 general election and became the Liberal Democrats' Home Affairs spokesperson in 2006. Clegg defeated Chris Huhne in the party's 2007 leadership election. As well as his parliamentary roles, Clegg has contributed to many pamphlets and books on political issues.
Clegg was educated at Caldicott School in Buckinghamshire and Westminster School in London, followed by Robinson College at the University of Cambridge, where he studied Social Anthropology; he later studied at the University of Minnesota and the College of Europe. He is married to Miriam González Durántez, and they have three children.

David William Donald Cameron (born 9 October 1966) is the leader of the Conservative Party and Leader of the Opposition in the United Kingdom. He has occupied both positions since December 2005.
Cameron studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford, gaining a first class honours degree. He then joined the Conservative Research Department and became Special Adviser to Norman Lamont, and then to Michael Howard. He was Director of Corporate Affairs at Carlton Communications for seven years.

Samantha Gwendoline Cameron (née Sheffield, born 18 April 1971) is a British business executive and wife of the Conservative Party leader David Cameron. She is often referred to as "SamCam" by the tabloid press. She is the creative director of Smythson of Bond Street, a stationery firm.
James Gordon Brown (born 20 February 1951) is the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Labour Party. Brown became Prime Minister in June 2007, after the resignation of Tony Blair and three days after becoming leader of the governing Labour Party. Immediately before this he had served as Chancellor of the Exchequer in the Labour Government from 1997 to 2007 under Tony Blair.
Brown has a PhD in History from the University of Edinburgh and spent his early career working as a television journalist. He has been a Member of Parliament since 1983; first for Dunfermline East and since 2005 for Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath. As Prime Minister, he also holds the offices of First Lord of the Treasury and the Minister for the Civil Service.

born 31 October 1963) is the wife of Gordon Brown, the current Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. She is also the founding partner of Hobsbawm Macaulay Communications, a public relations company. She was educated in North London at Acland Burghley School and Camden School for Girls, and went on to take a psychology degree at the University of Bristol.
